Building The Ark

The John August Swanson poster of Building the Ark is part of a set of serigraphs that visually narrate the story of Noah and the Flood as told in Genesis 6-9. The serigraph is based on an original scraffitto painting that was made using crayons. The "crayola" colors and narrative style present a playful illustration of Noah loading his ark with pairs of animals as they prepare for the coming flood. A great poster for kids, Sunday School or the young at heart.
